Biochamm Caldeiras has a great commitment with quality of its products and services, mainly with its working staff's quality of life.
The professionals go through constant training, which guarantees the qualified services, the safety and the well-being of its entire working staff. All the raw material used has quality certification, specifying the quality tests and examinations executed.
The boilers, burners and heaters are manufactured according to strict quality control, following ASME Code.
The welding processes are all documented through WPS - Welding Procedure Specification and the welders are all qualified by the WQC – Welders Qualification Certificate, elaborated according to ASME Code IX.
With investments in its industrial area, periodic training of its working staff and constant search in technological innovations, Biochamm has become one of the biggest boilers manufacturers in the country.
The certifications are important and necessary requirements to the companies which want to be ahead of the market and have a competitive differential against the other companies. Global Agreement
The Global Agreement is an initiative developed by the United Nations Organization (UNO), with the purpose of mobilizing the international business community to adopt, in their business negotiation, the fundamental values internationality accepted in the human rights areas, working relationships, environment and fight against corruption reflected in 10 principles. This initiative has the participation of United Nations agencies, companies, trade unions, governmental and non-governmental organizations and other necessary partners to build a global more including and equalizer market. Today there are more than 5,200 organization participants articulated by 150 networks around the world.
Biochamm uphold the Global Agreement in April 15, 2009.
The Global Agreement pleads the ten Fundamental Principles from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, International Working Organization Declaration about Fundamental Principles and Rights in the workplace, Rio Declaration about the Environment and Development and the United Nations Convention against the Corruption:
Human Rights
1) The companies shall support and respect the protection of the human rights internationally recognized; and
2) Shall assure that the company does not participate in the violation of these rights.
Work
3) The companies shall support the liberty of association and the effective recognition of the collective negotiation;
4) There shall be no use of forced or bounded labor;
5) There shall be no child labor; and
6) There shall be no discrimination in the work.
Environment
7) The companies shall support a preventive approach to the environment challenges;
8) There shall be developed initiatives to promote more environment responsibility; and
9) There shall be incentive to the development and spreading of friendly environmental technologies.
Agains the Corruption
10) The companies shall fight against the corruption in all its ways, including extortion and bribe.
